Please note that there is no wheelchair access to the main auditorium in the Charles Booth Centre as it is upstairs and unfortunately there is no lift.
We can, by prior agreement, arrange access via a side door to a second staircase so that people can access the venue separately and take more time to negotiate the stairs at their own pace. This stairway gives access to the floor of the hall. Where performances such as pantomimes have tiered rows, the first section of seating (nearest to the stage) is therefore directly accessible from this stairway without additional steps.
In common with most theatrical venues, once bookings are made and paid for, seats cannot normally be changed or refunds given unless a performance is cancelled (in which case a full refund and any administration costs will then be refunded).
